The Rhythm of Respect: Studio Rules

Booking Time

The studio rental will start from the booking time confirmed by the client, not at the actual time the shoot begins. Time will be considered over when the last person from the shoot will walk out of the studio. If the next client has reserved the Studio, you are obliged to leave the studio when your decided time slot is over.

Damage Responsibility

Clients are accountable for all damages occurring during their booking, regardless of the responsible party. Charges will apply for any damages.

Cleanliness

Please ensure the studio remains free of any food items. The use of smoke, paint, flour or any other powder product is prohibited. Kindly ensure the space is left clean and all your items are taken with you upon departure. Outside shoes are not allowed inside. If you wish to wear them later, please carry them in your bag.

Parking

Parking space is limited; make sure you book in advance with the team to ensure availability.

Image Usage Agreement

When you book the studio, you agree to let us use images taken during your shoot for our social media promotion. We will ensure these images are only posted after you have shared them on your social platforms.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation/rescheduling within 24 hours of the booking: 50% charge.
• Cancellation/rescheduling within 6 hours of the booking, or no-show: 100% charge.
